With years of experience in managing complex conditions like diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disorders, obesity, and autoimmune issues, she goes beyond just prescribing meal plans. I take the time to understand each patient’s lifestyle, preferences, challenges, and mindset — and then designs a plan that feels doable, enjoyable, and effective.
Her patinets often describe her not just as a dietician, but as a coach, motivator, and cheerleader who walks with them at every step of their journey. From simple, tasty recipes to structured programs backed by science, she ensures they feel empowered, supported, and confident in taking charge of their health.
About Me
With over 28 years of experience as a clinical dietitian and lifestyle coach, I have dedicated my career to helping people transform their health through food, lifestyle, and evidence-based nutrition.
My journey began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Home Science (Dietetics Major) from SNDT University, Mumbai, in 1995, followed by a Postgraduate Specialization in Dietetics from Nirmala Niketan College of Dietetics. This academic foundation gave me a deep understanding of clinical nutrition, food science, and their role in preventing and managing disease.
As the Chief Dietitian at Criticare Hospital and KLS Hospital, I lead nutritional care for inpatients and outpatients, working with cases ranging from diabetes, PCOD, and thyroid disorders to cardiac health and pediatric obesity. My approach goes beyond diets—I focus on integrating medical nutrition therapy with lifestyle coaching, so the results last.
Outside the hospital, I’ve conducted corporate wellness programs, health workshops, and awareness drives on topics like gut health, hormonal balance, intermittent fasting, and nutrition for chronic diseases. My work has been featured in leading publications such as Mid-Day India, Divya Bhaskar, Dainik Bhaskar, Chitralekha, Abhiyan, and Women’s Era. Along the way, I’ve trained 200+ aspiring dietitians and guided thousands of patients toward healthier lifestyles.
In 2023, I launched Transform 360, a 90-day wellness transformation program that has already completed eight successful seasons. I also founded Nutrigrub, a health food brand offering low-calorie, high-protein snacks for diabetics, weight-watchers, and fitness enthusiasts.
Today, my mission is simple: to show that healthy eating doesn’t have to mean compromise. Whether it’s through a personalized diet plan, a workshop, or my flagship program, I want to help you discover a way of living that feels balanced, enjoyable, and achievable—for life.
